We'll this week we've bee working on our artist book. During this time we have seen and experienced  different types of art they used. It's been fun and interesting learning about these artist . I didn't know what I now know. To learn about Seurat , Van Gogh, Matisse , Picasso  Duchamp , Pollock , Mondrian and Dali . Machiavelli ? He wrote The Prince   And How to get ahead as a leader .  As we talked about him we listed off  the positions qualities and ways to get  ahead as a leader . As we did this we read a metaphor and had to write and create my own. " Men and homes can be built but not stay sturdy " this metaphor is saying that you can  build both house and man but they'll either get knocked down or will weigh there selfs down. That says a lot in today society . It was nice learning about him and  being able to discuss and go it to depth with his story.  

It actually wasn't a bad movie at all . Just wasn't the best at historical  order . In some times of the movie the age of the characters were inaccurate . In real life the would be children at the time the did stuff in the movie as adults. Yes it does make it more interesting but not true . Then the time period were all messed up  . Some of thing in the movie wouldn't happen until ten years in to real life then. Then again a lot of the movie had been cut out of my seeings. This movie is a good movie yes it is but just not completely historical. It's informational and educational but no in accurate time period. 

Making this video was interesting stressful and a helpful at the same time. I found its to be interesting cause it looks way easier when your not doing. I didn't realize how hard it would be to make a 30 second video in 3day . It makes it kind of stressful and it makes you feel like giving up on it actually . Then as you are producing this video you also learn things you might not of knew like . So it was also a helpful process. It was fun working with one of my peers to do the project it helped me under and visualize the crusades more than before . Wonderful time in class this week. 

We've learned about three different religions . We've learned about Judaism , Christianity and Islam . We learned about  a few holidays that the celebrate and the meanings for them . We've talked about the people that make and have made the biggest impact in these religions . Learning and working with these religions . Gave me a greater out look on them all .

We learned about the mid-evil gardens. First we learned about the types of gardens . Such as the kitchen garden , medicinal garden , cloister garden , and the pleasure garden .  These gardens are used for different things like the kitchen garden would be used for planting fruit and vetagble   . A medicinal garden is made for the more healing plants things that can help and heal people usually used buy mothers or doctor if any where there. Pleasure garden were there for more of the eye filled with beautiful colors and calm wonderful plants and patterns. Cloister garden are more for the religious people like monks and for meditation. Not Nice and beautiful  but calm and shady.  The people that work on these gardens are very creative and patient. They are very hard works and  good tolerating  the time it takes. 

I thought that the roman bath was interesting . To think that people actually bath together. the other thing that caught my attention was how young the girls were . The were young already married or engaged or even thinking about getting married .  Some already had children . Then i had no clue that Romans had had slaves .
